  • Organizing a hackathon, technical workshop, or developer event from start to finish.
  • Interviewing developers to understand how they build and operate AI agents.
  • Creating technical content for X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and other platforms.

  • Comfort operating under ambiguity and learning quickly.
  • Strong organizational ability and follow-through.
  • High agency and excellent judgment.
  • We evaluate accomplishments relative to your experience. You do not need conventional growth or marketing credentials, but you should be able to show that you have taken initiative and produced meaningful results.

Preferred

  • A technical background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience running communities, hackathons, or technical events.
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems and open-source communities.
  • Experience creating technical content, videos, blogs, or newsletters.

  • Strong aesthetic judgment and design sense.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
