Job Description
Drive rapid growth experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals while owning high-impact growth features remotely.
- Design and execute rapid growth experiments across acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Build and optimize viral loops (referrals, challenges, streak mechanics)
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify drop-offs and opportunities
- Improve onboarding and activation to boost Day 1 and Day 7 retention
- Test unconventional distribution channels (TikTok, Reddit, campus ambassadors, etc.)
- Collaborate with product + engineering to ship growth features quickly
- Continuously iterate — ship, measure, learn, repeat
