Job Summary

Own the paid acquisition motion end-to-end, from strategy and execution across channels to measurement, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on enterprise and high-intent self-serve accounts.

  • Lead end-to-end paid programs across search and social with a focus on enterprise and high-intent self-serve accounts.
  • Own the measurement framework and ensure every dollar links to a tangible outcome.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale paid across channels
  • Build and run our paid ads programs across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta: keyword strategy, campaign architecture, bid management, audience targeting, landing page alignment, and conversion tracking.
  • Focus all spend on our highest-value enterprise accounts and the self-serve accounts showing signs of enterprise intent.
  • Build the measurement framework: CPL, CPQL, tier mix, and pipeline contribution. Every dollar of spend should be traceable to an outcome.
  • Maintain and optimize our Conversion API (CAPI) setup to ensure accurate signal passing back to ad platforms.
  • Stay close to the numbers: if something isn't converting, diagnose it and fix it. If something is working, scale it.
  • Once SEM is running, make the call on where to test next: Reddit, X, connected TV, or other channels you can build a case for.
  • Run the experiments, read the results, and decide what to scale.
  • Carry a pipeline goal on paid, shared with the Growth and Sales teams and measured in qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Work in lockstep with Growth, Ops, and Brand so the feedback loop is tight and the whole motion gets sharper over time.

Requirements

  • Paid advertising experience. You've owned paid programs end-to-end - search, social, or both - across keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, landing page alignment, and measurement.
  • Quantitative fluency. You think in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, not impressions or clicks. You're comfortable building simple models, reading dashboards without prompting, and owning a number.
  • Builder DNA. You've gone 0→1 on a channel before - created structure where none existed, figured out what works, and scaled it.
  • Cross-functional instinct. You work naturally with creative, ops, and sales. You gather insight from a sales rep, turn it into a campaign brief, run it, and report back without needing a coordinator in the middle.
  • Comfort with B2B SaaS buying dynamics. You understand how enterprise deals actually move (including how self-serve usage can signal enterprise intent) and can design campaigns that work across a long, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
  • Passion for Clay. You're excited to use Clay to build the plays, and to evangelize the product as if it were your own.

Preferred

  • Experience with the modern GTM stack (Clay, Salesforce, outbound platforms).
  • Experience running connected TV, Reddit, or X campaigns.
