Responsibilities

• You will help plan and produce short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and SnapChat, contribute to content ideas, and support execution from concept through publishing.
• You will assist in managing social media channels by scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance. With support from the CEO, you will learn and develop an understanding of what works, why it works, and how to improve it.
• You will also work with tools that automate parts of the content and marketing workflow and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and overall growth. We have built some proprietary tooling and utilize third party and open-source agentic solutions.
• In addition to core social media execution, you will explore and test new growth channels such as newsletters, blog content, SEO, and other distribution formats that can expand Homebuyer Help beyond short-form video.
• You will also help design and run early referral and community-led growth experiments, leveraging peer referrals, first-time buyer circles, and high-intent personal networks (e.g. friends, partners, coworkers who are actively in or near the homebuying process) to drive awareness and acquisition. This may include lightweight ambassador-style tests if they prove effective, but the focus is on validating what actually drives growth.
• Finally, you will support 0 → 1 growth initiatives, helping evaluate ideas, run experiments, and scale what works while quickly iterating or discarding what doesn’t.

Requirements

• Four-month internship

• Experience with video editing or content tools is required.
• Familiarity with major social platforms is expected.

Preferred

• Proactive, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in working in a startup environment.
• Experience with automation and AI tools (preferred)
