  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, LTV) and working familiarity with media attribution concepts (incrementality testing, MMM, multi-touch attribution), even though you won't be building these models yourself.
  • Experience working in B2C companies , such as direct-to-consumer brands, subscription businesses, or similar consumer-facing, performance-driven environments.
  • Comfort working within web and channel analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI/visualization platforms) that are built and maintained by others, using them to inform day-to-day decisions, and with large datasets where needed for your own operational reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills , with experience maintaining reporting cadences, budget trackers, shared documentation, or similar processes that keep a marketing team running smoothly.
