Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively drive brand awareness and sales for the company through the planning, development, and deployment of materials.
  • Create and launch graphic designs for social media postings, website content, marketing materials, and artwork for packaging design in support of the company’s growth objectives on core brands.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed materials for TDP and its core brands.
  • Build and manage a centralized photo and design asset library for use across the organization
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with speed and business priorities.
  • Own day‑to‑day social media and digital presence while monitoring engagement and feedback.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum prior experience as a designer and/or social media coordinator.
  • Command of top social media platforms (X,Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly establish professional relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and graphic design suites.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred, but the proven ability to create compelling designs and apply them is most critical.
