Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Payload & VisionLink solutions, including integration at machine point of sale and adoption across the current customer base.
  • Lead global launch and commercialization planning for the Payload portfolio, including awareness, marketing, transactions, installation/upgrade pathways, dealer quoting integration and sales funnel support.
  • Partner across the enterprise, with dealers and with field teams to drive adoption, utilization and commercial growth.
  • Use customer feedback, market research and competitive insights to identify needs, shape pricing and merchandising recommendations, and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training for field teams and dealers that connects Payload technology to customer challenges and jobsite productivity outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Payload solutions, supporting technical discussions with customers, dealers and product partners.
  • Collaborate with the VisionLink go-to-market lead to help customers adopt VisionLink and proactively improve site productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience in manufacturing, construction technology or heavy equipment.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably within the construction, technology or heavy equipment industries.
  • Global business experience, with the ability to navigate diverse markets, customer needs and cultural considerations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align business plans to company objectives and drive scalable growth.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal partners, dealers, suppliers or other key stakeholders to support business results.
  • Ability to learn, demonstrate and communicate technical solutions, including Payload technologies, to customers, dealers and internal teams.
  • Proven customer-facing and dealer-facing experience, with the ability to understand challenges and position solutions that create value.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and business units.
  • Up to 35% international and domestic travel will be expected to maintain customer/dealer relationships.
  • Relocation may be available to those who qualify.
