Job Summary

Own the marketing data math for a multi-channel engine: build measurement frameworks, govern attribution and tagging, and deliver executive-ready dashboards that drive decisions with the marketing teams.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards with consistent KPI definitions and drill paths.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and governance including UTM, tagging, event tracking, and QA.
  • Partner with channel teams on lead lifecycle tracking, source attribution, and influence reporting.

  • Drives actionable insights for optimization to channel managers.
  • \n
  • Supports end-to-end marketing performance measurement across channels and funnel stages, including reach, engagement, leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
  • \n
  • Builds and maintains executive-ready dashboards and scorecards with consistent KPI definitions, filters, and drill paths.
  • \n
  • Establishes and maintains measurement frameworks, including KPI dictionaries, data sources, calculation logic, reporting cadence, and benchmarks.
  • \n
  • Partners with multi-channel marketing teams to support lead lifecycle tracking, source attribution, and influence reporting.
  • \n
  • Owns measurement-readiness standards, including UTM governance, tagging requirements, event tracking, and QA checklists.
  • \n
  • Performs data QA and reconciliation across platforms, identifies anomalies, and drives root-cause resolution.
  • \n
  • Creates repeatable reporting packs for weekly, monthly, launch, and business review rhythms.

\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • \n
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing data analytics, including building measurement frameworks, defining KPI logic, developing reporting standards, and translating campaign performance data into actionable business insights
  • \n
  • Experience creating and governing tracking requirements, including UTM standards, script tagging, event naming conventions, QA processes, and measurement-readiness documentation for campaign and web reporting
  • \n
  • Experience recording, validating, and reporting on digital events in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable web analytics platforms, with the ability to partner with technical teams on implementation and troubleshooting
  • \n
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data QA skills
  • \n
  • Ability to normalize data across systems, define KPI standards, and translate findings into clear business insights
  • \n
  • This is a remote role with up to 20% travel.
  • \n

  • Degree concentration in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Data Science, or related field
  • \n
  • Experience driving actionable insights to digital channel owners, building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, attribution reporting, and data governance in marketing environments

  • Experience with marketing analytics, CRM/automation data, web analytics, and privacy-aware measurement practices
