Job Summary

Own the global experiential program: from strategy to live execution of large proprietary events, trade shows, and sponsorships, drive pipeline with immersive brand experiences and cross-functional partnerships while managing budgets.

  • Experience Lifecycle: discovery through post-event reporting and budget reconciliation across multi-channel events.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: align Sales, Product, Marketing, Support and Execs to deliver high-impact programs.
  • Budget and ROI: manage $1M+ budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI tracking to improve pipeline impact.

Job Description

$1M+ budgets across

  • Lead experience strategy and execution for proprietary events such as INSIGHT, CONVERGE, ALS, as well as major third-party tradeshows, EBCs, Partner Events, Field Marketing initiatives, Global Sponsorships, internal employee events, and more, ensuring a consistent and connected global brand presence.
  • Own and oversee every stage of the experience lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, delivery, post-event reporting, and budget reconciliation.
  • Managing end-to-end project timelines, financials, creative production, fabrication, and vendor execution.
  • Amplify the NetApp brand by crafting meaningful and engaging experiences tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Design innovative, customer-centric interactions that reflect NetApp’s core values and showcase its expertise in data management and cloud solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-impact programs that elevate customer and employee experiences while driving business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Executive Leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships including selection, contracting, load-in, on-site execution, and performance standards.
  • Regularly update marketing leadership on trends, metrics, performance insights, and strategic direction.
  • Develop, design, and execute innovative brand experience activations that drive brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth, and thought leadership positioning.
