Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok) to drive app installs across African markets
- Build and execute growth strategies tailored to markets like Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and more
- Own performance metrics — CPI, CTR, ROAS — and iterate fast based on data
- Identify organic, influencer, and community-led growth channels
- Create localized ad creatives and messaging that resonate with African audiences
- Manage budgets, track spend efficiency, and report weekly on campaign performance
- Monitor competitor activity and surface new growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing with a strong app marketing track record
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google UAC, or TikTok App campaigns
- Deep understanding of African digital consumer behavior and platforms
- Proficiency in analytics/MMP tools — Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to act fast on insights
- Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results remotely
