Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership
Lead design execution across multiple luxury hospitality and lifestyle accounts
Maintain a consistently elevated visual standard across all deliverables
Translate strategy into compelling, platform-native creative concepts
Present creative rationale internally and collaborate on client-facing ideas
Help evolve design systems, workflows, and best practices across the agency
Social Media Design
Lead Instagram grid curation and visual planning
Design Instagram Stories, Reels covers, carousels, and in-feed content
Create TikTok-first creative with awareness of platform trends, especially in travel and lifestyle

Requirements

5+ years of graphic design experience, with strong social media experience required
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and brand design work
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma required
Experience with video editing for social platforms required
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and evolving platform trends
Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling instincts
Comfortable working independently within a remote team environment
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Curious about culture, design trends, and the evolving social media landscape

Preferred

Agency experience strongly preferred
Experience with travel, hospitality, or luxury brands strongly preferred
