Responsibilities

• The fCMO will serve as the lead engagement executive responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketing transformation for designated clients.
• The fCMO will join the management and leadership team within the client’s organization and oversee the outlined workstreams associated with our 4-step marketing transformation process as outlined in the signed proposal and contract.
• These four steps include 1) marketing audit and assessment; 2) development of the business and go-to-market strategy; 3) creation and implementation of initiatives and tactics and 4) assessment and optimization of marketing performance.
• The fCMO will need to flex their management, oversight, and executional talents between the client’s organization, the use of outsourced resources (agencies and freelancers) and his/her own skills and talents to affect the necessary results desired within the timeline of the engagement.
• Client success ultimately depends on the fCMO’s ability to find and implement quick wins from day one while transforming the marketing function for long-term sustainable growth across the timeline of the engagement
