Responsibilities

• The Founding Partner – Growth & Community will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to expand the Rig53 community and amplify its industry impact.
• This is a remote, equity-only role requiring 15-20 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, managing community relations, and developing campaigns to enhance the platform's reach and brand presence.
• The ideal candidate will also play an instrumental role in shaping the company's overall strategy and vision.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic growth planning, business development, or market analysis
• Proven ability in community building, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, marketing, and brand promotion strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Passion for the trucking industry and a deep understanding of its dynamics is highly preferred
• Proficiency in project management and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant experience in a related field
