Established in 1958, Monarch is a premier nonprofit organization that provides innovative support to thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders in North Carolina. With approximately 600,000 patient encounters annually, Monarch offers quality, person-centered services and treatment to nearly 30,000 people to help them learn, grow, work and heal.
