Responsibilities

• The Role (40% chaos, 60% corporate)
• - The Chaos (40%): You are the face of Krater. You’ll be in front of the camera, scripting and shooting Reels, TikTok's, and Shorts. You get to dream up wild, attention-grabbing stunts (think Lunos cowboy stunt or Cluely's reels) to grab the internets attention
• - The corporate (60%): You\'ll manage twitter posts, manage our graphic designer and tell them what sort of graphics you need for posts. You’ll run our paid ads, optimize our funnels, and handle the structured side of growth marketing. You actually know how to turn viral views into paying users.
• This is part-time to start (4–6 hours a day). You can keep your side hustles, but we want your best creative energy.

Requirements

• You are incredibly good in front of a camera. You have high energy, charisma, and you know how to hold an audience's attention past the 3-second mark.
• You are an e-com / growth kid who understands internet culture, memes, and algorithms natively.
• You are hungry. You want to build a massive portfolio piece and prove you\'re one of the best growth marketers in the game.
• You don\'t need to understand every marketing term, you will learn with us as we grow.
• Fluent spoken English is a must (Okay as a second language as long as your accent is good)
