Responsibilities

• Build the growth data model, dashboards, attribution, and operating cadence
• Design and run acquisition, activation, and expansion experiments
• Create lifecycle programs for agencies, prospects, and dormant opportunities
• Improve lead routing, enrichment, segmentation, and conversion across the funnel
• Partner with sales, product, and markets to turn insight into execution
• Document the playbooks that let a small team scale

• You combine analytical depth with a bias to ship.
• You are comfortable in spreadsheets, systems, and customer conversations, and you can distinguish a useful signal from a vanity metric.
• Early-stage experience is strongly preferred.
