Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers, placing flyer on driver side window under windshield wiper
• Build rapport with residents and local businesses to enhance community engagement efforts
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales, marketing, canvassing, or community engagement is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage conversationally and persuasively
• Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for coordinating team efforts during large campaigns
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods; outdoor work experience is advantageous
• Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, professionalism, and active listening skills
• Ability to negotiate politely and handle face-to-face interactions confidently in various settings
