Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Director, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Promotions Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation and long-term loyalty across the customer lifecycle.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of member behaviors and needs at every stage of the journey to deliver meaningful communications, promotions, and experiences that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights, the Director will collaborate across disciplines to build cohesive and scalable global marketing programs.
  • Lifecycle & Partner Marketing Strategy - Develops and executes personalized, data-driven journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and retention.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies and activations.
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to orchestrate cross‑functional martech capabilities, increasing speed to market and optimizing campaign timing for stronger results.
  • Crafts compelling communications and marketing assets that resonate with members and next-generation consumers and drive sustained pointable activity
  • Oversees external agency relationships, including creative and consulting partners, from briefing through to execution.
  • Manages marketing budgets effectively and ensures alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major.
  • Eight or more years’ relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional team leadership experience.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing and/or promotions.
  • Expertise in managing end to end marketing campaign development.
