Job Summary

Own regional field marketing by aligning plans with sales goals, running multi-channel campaigns, and arming regional teams with ABM ready content to accelerate pipeline.

  • Regional ownership: plan and execute field marketing across NA with collaboration on global strategy.
  • Campaigns & events: manage multi-channel programs including events, webinars, ABM, and digital initiatives for regional buyers.
  • Measurement & optimization: track performance and use data to improve future programs across both field and product marketing teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas.
  • Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
