Own field marketing execution across LGI Homes’ Atlanta communities, translating national campaigns into local events and experiences while coordinating content, inventory, and reporting to drive traffic and sales impact.

  • Field ownership: plan, coordinate, and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
  • Local activation: translate national campaigns into community programs, monitor signage, collateral, digital listings, and brand-aligned touchpoints.
  • Ops & insights: manage vendors/inventory, support photography/video, community launches, and weekly leadership reporting.

Own field marketing execution across LGI Homes’ Atlanta communities, translating national campaigns into local events and experiences while coordinating content, inventory, and reporting to drive traffic and sales impact.

  • Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and guest experience.
  • Responsibilities: Activate national campaigns locally with consistent signage, collateral, digital listings, and brand-aligned customer touchpoints.
  • Responsibilities: Own end-to-end event processes from planning to post-event follow-up and reporting to sustain visibility and engagement.
  • Responsibilities: Manage data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly leadership insights.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee marketing inventory and vendor relations, support photography/video needs, community launches, and visitor-ready information centers.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement.
  • Requirements: Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
  • Requirements: Creativity and presentation eye with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Requirements: Strong social media and content creation skills.
  • Requirements: Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
  • Requirements: Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings/weekends for events.
  • Requirements: Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.
