Job Summary
Own and optimize the field events program end to end, from logistics to ROI decisions, with a strong focus on prioritizing high-impact experiences and sales conversion.
- End-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, travel, materials, staffing, and follow-up.
- Relationship management: organizers, venues, and partners to secure slots and co-marketing opportunities.
- ROI-driven optimization: decide which events to repeat or cut and drive learnings for future events.
Job Description
Own end-to-end event logistics for conferences and dinners and ensure smooth post-event follow-up.
- Own end-to-end event logistics from venues and vendors to travel, materials, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
- Build and manage relationships with organizers, venues, and partners to unlock the best slots and co-marketing opportunities.
- Run ROI-driven event decisions and post-event learnings to inform future plans, while traveling up to 2x/month to keep priority events on track.
- Partner with sales and marketing to ensure events convert.
- Run guerrilla marketing experiments where creativity matters more than budget.
