End-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, travel, materials, staffing, and follow-up.
Relationship management: organizers, venues, and partners to secure slots and co-marketing opportunities.
ROI-driven optimization: decide which events to repeat or cut and drive learnings for future events.

Job Description

Own end-to-end event logistics for conferences and dinners and ensure smooth post-event follow-up.

Own end-to-end event logistics from venues and vendors to travel, materials, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
Build and manage relationships with organizers, venues, and partners to unlock the best slots and co-marketing opportunities.
Run ROI-driven event decisions and post-event learnings to inform future plans, while traveling up to 2x/month to keep priority events on track.
Partner with sales and marketing to ensure events convert.
Run guerrilla marketing experiments where creativity matters more than budget.
