Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote a specific cause, candidate, or organization
• Engage with potential supporters and provide information about the campaign or cause
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential donors or supporters
• Supervise and train a team of canvassers to ensure effective outreach efforts
• Market campaign materials and effectively communicate the campaign's message
• Negotiate with potential supporters to secure commitments or donations
• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals encountered during canvassing efforts

Requirements

• Previous experience in canvassing, fundraising, or sales is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Please note that this position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
