Responsibilities

• Develop partnership/B2B plan & PR communication strategies aligned with quarterly/monthly marketing priorities and obtain alignment with the Group Marketing Manager
• Implement and complete the Marketing Plan for PR, KOL, and Partnership activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• PR & Digital leading, well coordinate with Content team to develop PR communication plan, book media, and execute content with media partners
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to run promotional and partnership campaigns for brands.
• Work with partners, media, and KOLs to gather quotations and define clear scopes of work (SOW).
• Develop 360 marketing action plan for B2B & execution plan
• Oversee end-to-end execution to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and follow the approved SOW.
• Monitor market, cultural, and influencer trends to recommend innovative and effective PR approaches.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with media, press, influencers, and KOLs to support sustainable brand presence.
• Proactively identify and execute strategic partnership/ B2B opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally for smooth activation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in PR, influencer management, or marketing with a proven track record in equivalent roles (retail or fashion industry is a strong plus)
• Strong, established network with media partners and KOLs in fashion retail and celebrities/KOL/influencers
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital & Communications, PR, or Business (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute brand, product, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong multitasking and project-management skills; able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong insights of B2B market, affiliate marketing activities
• Strong analytical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate influential media, KOL, and partner networks.
• Leadership & People Management: Ability to guide, motivate, and supervise junior staff to deliver high-quality output.
• Communication Excellence: sharp & smart clear-delivery, self-confident, fact & figure oriented, optimistic and persuasive communication across internal and external stakeholders.
