Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of experiential licensing programs, including cultural institution activations, programmatic sports initiatives and LBE launches.
  • Product Integration: Coordinate with Licensing & Promotions team members to integrate custom created merchandise into activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, brand and creative services, legal, PR, etc.) to align project goals and execution milestones. Regularly communicate with the Premier Events team to ensure that relevant details for Pokémon XP are shared with licensing partners.
  • Partner Support: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Creative Development: Work with internal and external partners to develop supporting marketing materials for bespoke activations.
  • Asset Management: Organize and distribute creative assets, product samples, and promotional materials as needed.
  • Reporting: Help compile post-mortem campaign recaps, analyze performance metrics against benchmarks, and compile comprehensive post-activation reports.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all materials and activations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain authenticity.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sports or experiential marketing, event production, brand activations, or promotions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience working in sports activations, with licensed IP, entertainment brands, or fan-driven communities.
