Responsibilities

• Creating CRM campaigns for outreach to potential new customers
• Delivering new customer welcome boxes
• Creating, organizing, and updating flyer mailing lists
• Printing labels and preparing materials for flyer distribution campaigns
• Overseeing part-time team members who assist with kitting flyers and other marketing campaign materials
• Using creativity and innovation to improve customer outreach and marketing effectiveness
• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Delivering holiday and Christmas gifts to customers
• Supporting company events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities
• Assisting with evening and weekend events as needed

Requirements

• Previous marketing, customer service, administrative, or outreach experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new marketing ideas
• Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with basic computer systems, email, and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's (Required)
• General Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
