Job Summary

Support hands-on marketing operations and asset creation while learning to apply AI tools to automate workflows and drive growth for a real estate-focused marketing function.

  • Own operational support: assist leadership on campaigns and branding, helping manage assets and online presence.
  • Learn and apply AI-driven design and automation to streamline graphic production and marketing tasks.
  • Support lead generation and business growth initiatives through nurturing materials and cross-channel outreach.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Executive with daily marketing operations
  • Post available houses and apartments for rent on platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, and other third-party listing websites
  • Assist with organizing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, promotional graphics, and digital content
  • Create nurturing marketing materials and promotional assets
  • Assist with business growth initiatives and lead generation strategies
  • Learn and use AI tools to help automate marketing and graphic design workflows
  • Support branding and digital marketing projects
  • Help manage marketing assets and the company’s online presence
  • Work directly with leadership on ongoing marketing objectives and campaigns

Preferred
  • Basic social media marketing knowledge
  • Basic graphic design experience
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
