Own and scale an integrated media and analytics practice with cross-channel ownership, AI-enabled workflows, and executive client partnerships to deliver measurable growth.

Own cross-channel media, analytics, and CRO strategies with a focus on business outcomes.
Lead AI-enabled innovation and ensure responsible adoption across the agency and client work.
Develop scalable growth systems and strong senior-client relationships to grow the practice.

Job Description

- Lead the evolution of Hot Dish Advertising’s integrated media and performance practice. - Build scalable systems that connect media, SEO, analytics, CRO, and creative strategy. - Partner with executive leadership on agency growth, innovation, and market positioning. - Identify emerging opportunities across media, analytics, attribution, AI, SEO, and consumer behavior. - Oversee the agency’s reporting and media technology ecosystem. - Direct cross-channel strategies across paid media, SEO, and analytics. - Ensure teams align around client business goals, audience insights, and measurable outcomes. - Facilitate the technology, processes and training to enable teams to translate data and performance insights into actionable strategic recommendations. - Drive collaboration across disciplines to deliver cohesive, business-focused solutions. - Lead AI innovation and adoption across the organization to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance while ensuring responsible use and strategic integrity.
