Job Summary

Own and drive full-funnel paid media, affiliate, and growth initiatives across Amazon 1P, Sephora, and DTC, while building CRM-driven retention and cross-functional alignment to grow revenue and optimize returns.

  • Growth ownership: convert brand campaigns into scaled paid distribution across social, video, search, and emerging platforms.
  • Channel discipline: optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and site experiences, linking paid media to landing pages and on-site conversion.
  • Team & collaboration: lead a small team and partner with Brand, Creative, and Finance to plan, forecast, and execute holistic digital strategies.

Job Description

  • Partner closely with agency to create and execute holistic paid media strategies to drive brand business goals, including performance, testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Own paid media and affiliate across awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and reengagement, ensuring alignment between Amazon 1P, Sephora.com, & DTC priorities
  • Lead paid media's role in driving awareness and cultural relevance, balancing upper- and lower-funnel investment to drive both brand equity and efficient growth
  • Build strategies that generate new demand and introduce the brand to new audiences leveraging paid social, YouTube, search, as well as new and emerging platforms
  • Translate brand campaigns, launches, and organic/social moments into scaled paid distribution
  • Analyze channel performance, attribution, CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and customer trends to inform investment decisions
  • Oversee paid content and creative strategy in partnership with brand, integrated marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints, while optimizing for channel best practices
  • Ensure paid media traffic is directed to optimized landing experiences tailored to campaign objectives and audience intent
  • Oversee Amazon and DTC channel performance across budget, forecasting, reporting, operations, merchandising, and onsite experience
  • Drive revenue growth, advertising efficiency, assortment strategy, and content optimization
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities within digital channels, prioritizing Amazon and retailer.com
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand/Product Marketing, Creative, and Integrated Marketing Communications on product launches, promotional strategy, CRM, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Drive site optimization strategy focused on conversion, AOV, customer journey, and retention, ensuring best-in-class consumer experience across desktop and mobile
  • Continuously test and optimize key conversion drivers including PDPs, bundles, offers, and navigation
  • Ensure a seamless connection between paid media, landing pages, and on-site experience to maximize conversion and ensure cohesive customer journey
  • Operate digital channels with a full-business mindset across sales performance, profitability, KPIs, paid media, and budget allocation
  • Partner closely with retail sales team to support Sephora e-commerce growth strategies and ensure cross-channel alignment
  • Contribute to holistic digital marketing and media planning across Amazon, DTC, and key retail partners including Sephora
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure strong operational execution and visibility into business performance
  • Own CRM strategy including email, SMS, and retention programs holistically across Amazon and DTC channels
  • Develop customer journey strategies that drive engagement, repeat purchase behavior, loyalty, and customer lifetime value
  • Partner with Brand/Product Marketing & Integrated Marketing Communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
  • Monitor lifecycle performance metrics including retention, repeat rate, engagement, and LTV
  • Directly manage and develop two team members across digital marketing and ecommerce functions
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team culture
  • Help build scalable processes, workflows, and capabilities to support continued business growth
