Job Summary

Own and drive the CRM/MA/omnichannel platform roadmap, aligning with commercial priorities and data-driven personalization while embedding governance, data quality, and adoption enablement to scale unified customer engagement.

  • Platform strategy and roadmap for CRM, marketing automation, and orchestration, aligned to Commercialization plans and the broader omnichannel roadmap.
  • Data, tagging, segmentation, consent, and integration framework to enable personalized, compliant interactions and closed-loop measurement.
  • Adoption, training, and collaboration with Brand, Field, BI, and Tech teams to operationalize usage and testing across systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Own CRM, MA, and omnichannel capabilities, aligned to commercialization priorities and the broader omnichannel roadmap.
  • Data & Personalization Infrastructure: Define tagging, segmentation, consent, and data quality to enable personalized, compliant engagement.
  • Integrations & Governance: Collaborate with BI/Technology and data teams on features, testing, deployments, and governance.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Develop adoption plans, training materials, and user guides for brand, field, and IT teams.
  • Platform Operations: Manage issues, SOPs, access controls, and audit trails for key CRM/MA processes.
  • Channel Orchestration: Support omnichannel execution across personal and non-personal channels with data capture and compliant engagement.
  • Taxonomy & Tagging: Work with the Taxonomy & Tagging COE to enable personalization and measurement.
  • Compliance & Privacy: Ensure CRM/MA use complies with regulations and privacy requirements.
  • Next-Best-Engagement & APIs: Operationalize data flows and APIs to support agentic decisioning.
  • Closed-Loop Measurement: Design platform to support measurement from campaign execution to impact reporting.
