Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft speeches, remarks, op-eds, and briefing materials for a wide range of audiences
  • Develop talking points and messaging frameworks aligned with institutional priorities
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and authenticity in the Chancellor’s voice
  • Lead strategy, content development, and management of the Chancellor’s social media
  • Create platform-native content that balances institutional messaging with storytelling
  • Identify opportunities to elevate research and institutional momentum
  • Monitor performance and refine strategy using analytics
  • Draft and manage high-level correspondence including responses and acknowledgments
  • Lead proactive, strategic correspondence efforts that advance institutional priorities
  • Distinguish between transactional and strategic communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Familiarity with social media analytics
