Job Summary

Support branding, content, and CRM workflows to build a trusted local Orange County brand and generate real leads, coordinating social content, campaigns, and client touchpoints across channels.

  • Social & Content Execution: Create and manage multimedia content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • CRM & Client Experience: Maintain relationships with past clients and referrals, and streamline follow-ups and communications.
  • Branding & Campaign Support: Develop branding concepts, templates, and marketing materials to attract and convert leads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Creation: Assist with creating and managing content for real estate and construction social media accounts
  • Film and edit short-form videos/Reels/TikToks
  • Create captions, story content, graphics, and marketing posts
  • Help grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube presence
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Help create branding and marketing strategies that attract real leads and clients
  • Client Relations & CRM: Help reconnect and maintain relationships with past clients and referral partners
  • Assist with follow-up systems, CRM organization, and client communication
  • Coordinate client appreciation events, gifts, and marketing touchpoints
  • Help improve overall client experience and retention
