Responsibilities

• Social Media Operations (Primary Focus)
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, and others)
• Handle content scheduling, posting, account upkeep, and day-to-day platform execution
• Track account performance, flag issues or anomalies, and keep reporting accurate and current
• Stay on top of platform trends and translate them into ideas we can execute
• Learn our systems (Google Workspace, internal tools, trackers) well enough to become a fully autonomous operator
• Executive Support — Anything and Everything
• Work directly with the founder on whatever comes up — this role has no fixed task list, and that's the point
• Handle any request, in person or remote, anywhere on the island, on short notice
• Travel domestically and internationally when needed — sometimes planned well in advance, sometimes on a moment's notice, and sometimes for open-ended stretches

Requirements

• Fluent in English (bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred)
• Own a reliable car and hold a valid driver's license
• Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally on short notice, for durations that may not be defined in advance — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Minimal personal commitments that would prevent extended or spontaneous travel (or the proven ability to manage them around this lifestyle)
• Able to commit to regular in-person availability in Dorado, and anywhere on the island when requested
• Own a modern, reliable laptop capable of handling daily work (social platforms, browser-based tools, spreadsheets, video calls) and a smartphone that can run current apps — you need to be fully operational from anywhere, on day one
• A track record of delivering under pressure — you follow through when things are difficult, not just when they're convenient
• Strong, natural fluency with social media platforms and current trends/culture — you should already be plugged into what's happening on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc., not someone who has to be taught what's trending
• Discreet and trustworthy — this role involves close work with company leadership

Preferred

• An active, engaged personal social media presence is a plus — bonus points if you're connected in content creation, influencer, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle circles
