Responsibilities

• Own and execute all events — in-venue and mobile — from prep and logistics to setup, run-of-show, and teardown
• Be the energy on the floor: host, lead, and make sure everyone's having a blast
• Make confirmation calls, coordinate event details, and schedule party hosts and staff
• Run our social media and create scroll-stopping content (shoot + edit video/reels)
• Land brand partnerships, sponsorships, and creator collaborations
• Build new event concepts — themed nights, tournaments, leagues, and seasonal activations
• Direct our social coordinators and event staff — you lead the floor, you don't do it all alone

Requirements

• A doer and a leader who can run an event floor and bring the energy
• Great social media and content creation skills, OR a natural relationship-builder who chases partnerships — ideally both
• Marketing-minded — you think in campaigns, partnerships, and revenue, not just likes
• Organized and calm with a hundred moving parts in the air
• Available evenings and weekends — that's when events happen
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for mobile events across Chicagoland
• Bonus: experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, or brand/agency marketing
