Job Summary

Build and scale a high-performing events and retail marketing machine by coaching managers, hiring top talent, and driving a culture of accountability while growing the customer base through partnerships and events.

  • Lead and develop multiple teams across events, retail, and RSVP programs to deliver premium customer experiences.
  • Own talent acquisition, coaching, and performance processes to sustain a high-output organization.
  • Own partnerships, booth placement, and regional programs to maximize engagement and ROI with retailers and community partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leads, and promotional marketers.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Create a high-performance culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews.
  • Lead by example while inspiring your team to exceed expectations.
  • Develop strategies that grow our customer base through retail partnerships, community events, home shows, expos, and RSVP campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and performance data to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with event organizers, retail partners, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Secure premium booth locations and retail partnerships that maximize customer engagement and return on investment.
  • Continuously improve processes, policies, and departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • 3-5 years of successful sales or marketing experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout the market
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
