Coordinate race day operations and season-wide events while driving marketing, communications, and office administration. You will own logistics, content capture, social media management, website updates, and sponsor engagement, partnering with racers, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate race day logistics and event preparation
Assist with planning and organizing events throughout the season
Manage and create social media content
Update the website and online event information
Assist with marketing campaigns and sponsor promotions
Communicate with racers, sponsors, vendors, and customers
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain event registrations and office records
Photograph and record content during events
Assist with general office administration

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, website edits and social media platforms
Ability to learn new software quickly
Reliable transportation
Able to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays during race season
Must work well independently and as part of a team
