Responsibilities

• Coordinate race day logistics and event preparation
• Assist with planning and organizing events throughout the season
• Manage and create social media content
• Update the website and online event information
• Assist with marketing campaigns and sponsor promotions
• Communicate with racers, sponsors, vendors, and customers
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Maintain event registrations and office records
• Photograph and record content during events
• Assist with general office administration

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, website edits and social media platforms
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays during race season
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
