Responsibilities

• National Accounts & Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional, district, and local leadership across national account partners.
• National Accounts & Relationship Management - Act as the primary field liaison for account execution, engagement, and performance alignment.
• National Accounts & Relationship Management - Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase lead flow through account collaboration.
• Events & Field Marketing Execution - Train, coach, and develop Lead Generators to improve performance, messaging, and effectiveness.
• Events & Field Marketing Execution - Lead by example in customer engagement, demonstrating best practices in lead generation and conversion.
• Events & Field Marketing Execution - Research, secure, and manage local events, home shows, retail activations, and community opportunities aligned with lead generation goals.
• Events & Field Marketing Execution - Oversee full event execution including logistics, scheduling, booth setup, materials, staffing, and performance tracking.
• Events & Field Marketing Execution - Represent the brand at events, ensuring a strong, professional, and engaging presence.
• Team Leadership & Development - Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of Lead Generators.
• Team Leadership & Development - Motivate and inspire field teams to consistently meet and exceed lead generation goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in events, marketing, sales, or lead generation (preferred)
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face customer environments
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus, but not required
