- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Run occasional errands and support personal tasks as needed
- Maintain organized records, files, and important documents
Requirements
