Job Summary
Own in-person brand presence with retailers to boost awareness, loyalty, and sales through direct customer interactions and event-driven promotions.
- Face-to-face Brand Ambassador: drive awareness and loyalty inside major retailers during campaigns and promotions.
- In-store Campaigns: support product launches and customer acquisition through hands-on events and promotions.
- Team Collaboration and Learning: collaborate to lift campaign performance and develop core sales and marketing skills.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be the face of exciting brands inside major retailers, connecting face-to-face with customers and increasing brand loyalty
- Work hands-on with customers to support brand awareness campaigns, promotional events, and customer acquisition for our clients
- This is a customer-facing promotional marketing role focused on in-person interactions
- Support in-store promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in a retail setting
- Collaborate with team members to boost overall campaign and sales performance
- Build your confidence and communication skills while learning the basics of sales and marketing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)
