Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations, charitable partners, and community campaigns in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Communicate directly with community members, supporters, donors, and customers.
  • Share information about nonprofit programs, fundraising initiatives, and community-focused campaigns.
  • Support marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and public participation.
  • Engage with individuals through face-to-face marketing, promotional outreach, and community initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer interactions while building positive relationships with campaign supporters.
  • Assist with promotional activities, campaign materials, and outreach efforts.
  • Gather feedback and share insights to help improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain a positive brand presence while representing nonprofit partners and clients.
  • Participate in paid training focused on marketing strategies, communications, fundraising, leadership, and professional development.

Requirements

  • An interest in marketing, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, communications, sales, or community engagement.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
  • The ability to interact comfortably with different types of people.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and receive coaching.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, volunteer programs, or communications is helpful but not required. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
