Job Summary
Own marketing execution and team leadership to grow customers, retention, and revenue by aligning sales/marketing, delivering compelling campaigns, and coaching the next-gen team.
- Marketing & Sales Alignment: Collaborate to develop strategies that drive acquisitions and revenue growth.
- Campaign Execution & Retention: Apply marketing tactics to increase new customers and improve retention through compelling presentations and programs.
- Team Growth: Coach, train, and motivate junior teammates to raise performance and collaboration.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions
- Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
- Coach, train and encourage junior team members
- Drive sales
- Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere
- Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be goal oriented
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
- Minimum Associates Degree or three years relevant experience
- Candidates may be subject to background screening
