Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands professionally during business outreach campaigns, events, office visits, and on-site meetings.
  • Engage with prospects, business contacts, and decision-makers to explain client products, services, and solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, appointment setting, territory coverage, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
  • Deliver clear, brand-consistent messaging while tailoring conversations to each business, industry, or customer need.
  • Collect accurate contact information, lead details, meeting notes, and follow-up information.
  • Maintain organized CRM records, including contact data, next steps, notes, and outreach activity.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals, target accounts, messaging, and performance expectations.
  • Support B2B outreach efforts, business development campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly updates on key performance indicators, including leads generated, meetings set, conversion rates, and field feedback.
  • Assist with light logistics for business appointments, including materials, confirmations, schedules, and day-of preparation.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Some college, customer service experience, sales experience, marketing experience, hospitality experience, retail experience, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
  • Confidence speaking with customers, business contacts, front desk teams, managers, and department leads.
  • A positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Coachable personality with the ability to take feedback and improve.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage appointments, schedules, follow-ups, and daily goals.
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute to meetings, events, campaigns, and appointments throughout Houston, TX.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is helpful, but training is provided.

Preferred

  • Some college, customer service experience, sales experience, marketing experience, hospitality experience, retail experience, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
