Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute engagement activities that increase awareness, interaction, and demand by activating campaign content across approved social, digital, and email channels, tailoring messages to audience and channel, and maintaining a consistent brand presence aligned with established messaging and funnel objectives.
  • Plan and execute event engagement programs that support campaign goals by coordinating pre-event promotion, on-site messaging, and post-event follow-up across digital and social channels to encourage participation, capture interest, and extend campaign reach.
  • Create and activate campaign content across multiple formats by developing posts, emails, graphics, short-form copy, visual assets, and supporting materials that strengthen awareness, deepen engagement, and encourage conversion in line with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Apply performance insights to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness by tracking engagement metrics, campaign indicators, and lead activity and using results to refine content, timing, channel mix, and execution within established marketing direction.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics and engagement assets across channels by preparing communications materials, managing timelines, aligning messaging with campaign plans, and ensuring readiness across digital, social, email, and event-related touchpoints.
  • Engage internal partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver integrated campaign execution by coordinating inputs, clarifying requirements, reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality, aligning timelines, and supporting future-state MarCom collaboration across brand, product marketing, sales, and regional teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of campaign communications by applying brand guidelines, conducting content and factual review, confirming required approvals, and validating materials prior to launch across digital, social, email, and event channels.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalency
  • Strong working knowledge of social media and associated tools, email and CRM tools (Salesforce), content publishing, campaign management, analytics, and standard productivity software.
  • 3+ years of experience executing integrated marketing, campaign activation, event marketing, digital engagement, or demand generation activities with demonstrated capability managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to coordinate multiple details, collaborate across functions, manage timelines, and apply judgment to deliver effective engagement and campaign execution within established marketing direction
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with attention to audience relevance, tone, accuracy, and brand consistency; comfort using performance insights to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness
