Job Summary

Own the end-to-end email growth stack, from lifecycle campaigns to deliverability, with a heavy emphasis on testing, analytics, and cross-functional growth initiatives.

Lifecycle and nurture ownership: onboarding through win-back, with conversion-driven copy and multi-step automations.
Performance and deliverability: A/B testing across subject lines, copy, CTAs, and send times; Looker dashboards for real-time optimization.
Cross-functional growth: collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to drive campaigns and uncover new growth opportunities.

Job Description

Own and optimize high-volume email marketing campaigns
Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy
Build and manage multi-step email nurture and lifecycle campaigns
Create onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back email sequences
Design and execute A/B tests across:
