Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own intake, triage, and prioritization of platform requests; determine urgency, business impact, and appropriate path forward (defect, enhancement, process change, or training)
  • Ensure work does not begin without appropriate documentation, prioritization, and approval; enforce scope, hours, and change-control discipline
  • Evaluate solution options before development begins, including standard configuration, integration, process adjustment, or training versus custom development
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across business teams, internal IT, and external partners (e.g., RSM, MAS, Microsoft)
  • Lead delivery of approved initiatives across eCommerce, marketing platforms, ERP, and integrated business systems
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; proactively resolve issues that delay progress or threaten outcomes
  • Oversee testing, release readiness, go-live coordination, and post-launch stabilization for platform changes
  • Provide clear status reporting and executive-level updates on delivery health, risks, timelines, and scope

Requirements

  • Strong delivery and project management skills with the ability to lead work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Working understanding of Microsoft-based enterprise platforms, including ERP, eCommerce, marketing systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to diagnose issues at a systems level and drive root-cause resolution rather than surface fixes
  • Clear, confident communicator able to facilitate meetings, document decisions, and drive closure
  • High degree of ownership, judgment, and follow-through
