Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Ownership (Shopify Plus)
• Own and optimize the Shopify Plus storefront (UX, CRO, merchandising, site speed)
• Manage product launches, collections, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
• Optimize conversion rate (CRO), AOV, and onsite customer journey
• Leverage Shopify apps, integrations, and customizations to improve performance
• Merchandising & Revenue Optimization
• Own onsite merchandising strategy (collections, bundling, upsells, cross-sells)
• Drive AOV through offers, subscriptions, and product positioning
• Partner with inventory/ops to ensure in-stock positioning of key SKUs
• Build and execute seasonal campaigns (e.g., Spring Reset, promotions)

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in ecommerce, with direct ownership of Shopify stores
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus (themes, apps, integrations)
• Experience managing ecommerce for a $50M+ DTC brand
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, CVR, and AOV
• Deep experience with email & SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
• Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention
• Experience owning campaign calendars and promotional strategy

Preferred

• Experience in supplements, wellness, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with subscription platforms (e.g., Recharge)
• Experience with CRO tools and testing frameworks
• Understanding of contribution margin, CAC, and LTV dynamics
