Job Summary

Own ecommerce performance across Magento, marketplace listings, and feeds with CRO-driven improvements and partner coordination.

  • Own Magento site management and checkout UX to influence conversion rate and AOV.
  • Own Amazon Seller Central, product feeds, and data accuracy to lift marketplace revenue.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to surface revenue, traffic, and channel performance insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Site Management (Magento) - Manage and maintain the Magento platform end-to-end
  • Support product catalog, site performance, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate updates, integrations, and extensions
  • Monitor site speed, uptime, and checkout functionality
  • Support improvements in conversion rate and average order value
  • Conversion Optimization & UX - Review user behavior and ecommerce performance
  • Optimize navigation, product pages, search, and checkout flows
  • Run A/B tests and implement CRO improvements
  • Track KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, revenue/session
  • Amazon Seller Central - Manage and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords)
Requirements
  • 3–7+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience
  • Strong Magento expertise, including development (PHP, architecture)
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace management
  • Experience working with external agencies or partners
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and ecommerce analytics
  • Knowledge of ecommerce SEO best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and execution mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and deadlines
Preferred
  • Google Merchant Center and product feed management experience (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or similar tools a plus)
  • Experience with ERP or inventory system integrations is a plus
  • Background in automotive or truck parts ecommerce is a plus
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
