Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and report on eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to grow online revenue and qualified inbound leads, using data-driven insights to continually optimize performance
Lead and manage (along with the Director of Marketing) eCommerce goals, projections, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
Manage merchandising and on-site optimization efforts, including product listings, category pages, pricing, promotions, and navigation updates
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising and promotional campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads
Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link-building, and optimization for AI-driven search experiences (e.g., AI Overviews and conversational queries)
Monitor website health and performance, conduct technical audits, and collaborate with web developers to ensure optimal site functionality and search visibility
Research competitive activity and emerging trends in eCommerce, digital marketing, and search
Manage external agency relationships (web development, paid media, and other partners)
Collaborate cross-functionally on brand and product content development.
Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, digital advertising, and eCommerce optimization
Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, and Uber Suggest
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and various google reporting tools
Working knowledge of optimizing websites for modern search experiences, including AI-generated search results and conversational AI queries
Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and generate performance reports
Experience working with eCommerce platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
