Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Manage a designated volume of Local SEO campaigns with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring activation, optimization, and monitoring.
• Task Management: Maintain an organized task queue within monday.com, demonstrating proactive time and workload management.
• Client & Partner Communication: Provide clear, consistent communication with partners, sales teams, and clients regarding deliverables and performance. Participate in calls as needed.
• Billing & Renewal Support: Ensure billing accuracy by tracking allocations and product details for each campaign. Assist in renewal processes with timely updates and insights.
• Learning & Development: Engage in training sessions to strengthen SEO knowledge, platform expertise, and campaign execution skills while staying informed on industry best practices.
• Departmental Alignment: Support team initiatives and project tasks, contributing to the department’s overall goals and growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, SEO, analytics, or advertising operations.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, listings management tools, SEMrush, or other keyword planning tools.
• Experience in a client-facing or account management role at a digital company is preferred.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and teams at all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in project management tools like monday.com.
• High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
